This cottage was once 3 stone stables which we converted into an amazing Cotswold holiday retreat, full of charm & character, but with all modern facilities - the perfect place to unwind.

The Cottage
The detached Cottage is set within the grounds of New Manor Farmhouse & gated from the quiet lane, making the garden & paved area safe for children to play. On the ground floor, it boasts a fully equipped kitchen, full shower/bathroom, separate dining room & a relaxing lounge with spiral stairs leading up to the 2 bedrooms.

The ground floor offers a cosy comfortable lounge, separate dining room, fully equipped kitchen and full bathroom including shower. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor has two bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin. A cot and a high chair can be provided should you need them.

The cottage is set just off the courtyard of New Manor Farmhouse and has gated access from the lane making the garden, the patio complete with garden furniture and bbq areas a safe environment for children. Why not enjoy a relaxing drink and/or barbecue in the garden if the weather is fine.

Armscote village with some wonderful buildings including thatched cottages a fine Jacobean manor house. It is within easy reach of quaint Cotswold villages, market towns, historic Warwick Castle, Shakespeare's Stratford-upon-Avon, not forgetting the many lovely walks in the surrounding countrywide. Good food is served at the local Inn within easy walking distance of The Cottage and the nearest shop is 1 mile away.

We are unable to accommodate pets and we have a 'NO SMOKING POLICY' within The Cottage.

Have lunch at the local Inn within walking distance, or take afternoon tea in one of the many quaint & traditional tea-rooms nearby.
