Description
Chapel House Hotel and Restaurant is tucked away in the corner of the market square in historic Atherstone. The mainly Georgian building was built in 1728 and has been converted into a special kind of hotel offering warm, comfortably elegant rooms, good food and fine wines and the feeling of being welcomed as a guest in a gracious family home.
The restaurant has acquired an enviable reputation for high quality food and a comprehensive wine cellar.
Accommodation is in twelve comfortable bedrooms located on the first and second floors. Each bedroom is individually furnished and decorated with comfort and convenience in mind, and all are ensuite with newly-installed power showers.
The walled gardens are a particularly attractive feature and offer a tranquil and colourful setting, adding to the beauty of the house.
