This quiet farming hamlet 700 feet above sea level is 2.5 miles from Bourton-on-the-Water in the centre of the Cotswolds. There are numerous walks and drives with easy access to all attractions and places of interest. The owners provide a large selection of tourist information, maps and books and current menus of local pubs and restaurants.

Accommodation
This property sleeps up to 4 and has a ground floor bedroom and en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor, small porch and entrance hall leading to a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs a large comfortable lounge with inglenook fireplace, T.V, video, music centre and plenty of tourist information. A twin bedroom with ensuite shower. Separate dining room, 2nd toilet.The galley kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, small table top freezer and dishwasher. Heating by night storage radiators and log fires in winter. The laundry is outside the wing. Cot available if required.
