The Limes Country Lodge

The Limes Country Lodge has recently undergone a half million pound development programme, and now offers 9 bedroom accommodation with full conference facilities. The Limes is set in six and a half acres of beautiful rural grounds and is located less than half a mile from junction 3 of the M42. A most idyllic setting for your special event and convenient for the NEC, airport and railway station.

Accommodation
Standard Rooms We have a number of combinations of rooms available that should match every guest’s individual requirements and needs. All rooms have the following features as standard: WiFi; remote control television with 30+ digital channels; tea and coffee making facilities; mini-bar; ensuite bathroom. Hair dryers and ironing boards are available upon request.

The Premier Business Rooms are ideal for people whose business takes them away from home but do not want the more formal atmosphere of the larger corporate hotels. Being larger rooms, equipped with a sofa bed, they are also ideally suited to families. The Premier rooms are significantly larger than our standard rooms and are also equipped with the following additional features: digital TV with 30+ channels and DVD player; small meeting desk should you wish to meet with colleagues or clients; and sofa area

Limes Suite of Rooms is ideal for those guests travelling with either friends or business colleagues. It has two twin bedrooms set in the Limes Cottage with both rooms sharing a family sized bathroom therefore making it ideal for families.

Limes Premier Apartment is a self contained two bedroom first floor apartment situated in private gated grounds located 1 mile from Solihull town centre.

Conferences
We can cater for groups of up to 50 Classroom style or 100 Theatre style in our Limes Conference Suite. Alternatively you can make use of the Bar Lounge for smaller gatherings. Our Reception Lounge is a more intimate setting, perfect to meet a colleague for coffee. All of the usual business facilities are available as well as refreshments throughout the day. The Limes has extensive grounds which can be hired for team building activities.

Weddings
We offer exclusive use of our facilities, which means that on your special day, all 9 bedrooms and the whole of The Limes’ grounds are reserved for your Wedding party alone. Arrangements can also be made for exclusive use of the hotel on the day before and following your wedding.
