Description
Walking the Heart of England Way, you might come across the hamlet of Preston Bagot with its 12th century Church overlooking the village and canal. Next to the church, The Old Rectory B&B is set in an elevated position in 3 acres of informal gardens of lawn, trees and topiary.
Choose from the large, airy ensuite bedrooms with views to the church, the gardens or the countryside. Relax by the log fires either in the spacious living room, the cosy library or the dining room which seats 18 for formal occasions. Take breakfast en famille by the AGA in the kitchen, or quietly in the adjacent morning room. Explore the gardens or follow the church path to our beautiful 12th century hilltop Church with Burne Jones windows. Continue through the fields to the canal towpath, walking back either by the Fleur-de-Lys at Lowsonford, or the Crab Mill at Preston Bagot.
