About Us
Mill House bed and breakfast is run by its owners, Gayner and Rob Wagstaff. Set in six acres of stunning Warwickshire countryside, including large gardens, a running stream and woodland, Mill House provides quiet privacy, with secure and generous parking, having electric gates at the entrance. Originally known as Quineton Mill in the 13th century, Mill House has been fully renovated to include a working waterwheel situated where the original stood, and the accompanying mill pond. Mill House also functions as a working free range egg and poultry farm, guaranteeing you have the freshest of eggs with your full English breakfast. Mill House is inspected each year and has been awarded a 4 star rating by enjoyEngland.and, more recently, a Gold award for food hygiene.

Our Rooms
Our three rooms are all stylishly furnished, recently re-furbished and well equipped with: colour TV; tea and coffee; hairdryer; iron and ironing board; shaving adapter; extra bedding and pillows; and fresh milk on request.
Room 1 This double room has an en-suite bathroom and overlooks the rear garden
Room 2 This bedroom overlooks the large lawned area at the front of the house.
Room 3 This double room is situated in the oldest part of the house, with vaulted ceilings and overlooking the front garden. The private shower room is directly opposite.

Breakfast is served in our dining room. Mill House is a free range egg and poultry farm, guaranteeing you have the freshest of eggs for breakfast. The resident chickens roam freely at the front of the property and are quite a sight to behold in the sunshine.

Location
Mill House is located just south of Offchurch on Offchurch Lane. The house is about 50 metres beyond the hump back bridge over the canal travelling from Radford Semele towards Offchurch. Our entrance is on the right hand side and marked by a substantial brick entrance and electric gates.

Mill House is just a short drive from Royal Leamington Spa. We are ideally located to explore Warwick Castle, Stratford upon Avon, Historic Warwick, The Heritage Motor Museum, The Shakespeare Houses, The National Herb Centre, Blenheim Palace, Stoneleigh and the NAC, Warwick University, Warwick Arts Centre, Birmingham and the NEC, Ryton Organic Gardens, the City of Coventry, and the large number of National Trust properties in Warwickshire.
