Windmill Hill Farmhouse

Windmill Hill Farm is an elegant redbrick Victorian farmhouse set in the open Warwickshire countryside overlooking fields. The house retains many original features including a Victorian tiled entrance, wooden beams and a ha-ha in the garden! It is a truly tranquil place to stay with rural views, fresh air and morning birdsong.

The farmhouse has three spacious, light, airy (proper windows that open!) guest rooms all with generously sized ensuite bathrooms which have recently been refurbished to combine individual styling with contemporary comfort. Traditional wooden furniture and modern good quality beds will ensure a sound night’s sleep under original oak beams.

The guest rooms, all on the first floor, are well equipped with TV, free WiFi, iron & ironing board, hairdryer and hospitality tray including mini-fridge and fresh milk. Antique wooden furniture gives the rooms character and charm, modern beds provide comfort and coordinating fabrics and bed linen are restful and stylish.

Location
Windmill Hill Farm is situated down a longish drive just outside the hamlet of Chesterton, about a mile and a half from the village of Harbury. It is close to the landmark 17th century Chesterton Windmill and just a 5 minute drive to local pubs at Lighthorne and Ufton. The fashionable town of Leamington Spa and the county town of Warwick with its famous castle are both just a 15 minute drive. Stratford upon Avon is nearby as is the Motor Museum at Gaydon.
