Robert & Sue Davis welcome you to York House Hotel, a family run hotel in the centre of Royal Leamington Spa. York House is a charming Victorian property overlooking the River Leam and the Pump Room Gardens, offering warm hospitality and comfortable accommodation in a friendly atmosphere. There is a choice of basic and ensuite facilities. We have a lounge offering a place to relax and a dining room offering both cooked and continental breakfasts.

Historic Warwick and Warwick Castle are only 5 minutes by car and Shakespeare's Stratford-upon-Avon is just a short drive away.
