Description
Courtyard Toft House is set in 3 acres of beautiful gardens, on a 195 acre working farm, with outstanding views over Draycote Water and open countryside. Sailing, fishing, walking, golf and polo facilities are all close by.
The bed & breakfast accommodation is in converted stables in the centre of the farm and comprises 5 bedrooms and a dining room. There are two ground floor rooms and three on the first floor. Each room is ensuite and has a range of facilities including digital alarm radio, TV & hospitality tray. There is use of a large freezer, which is ideal for fishermen, and a large drying room for sailing and wet-weather wear.
The farm is mainly beef but also has horses, poultry and some rare breeds. If you are travelling with your own horses, stabling is available
Courtyard Toft House and farm is in the heart of Shakespeare country, with access to historic areas such as Warwick and Stratford within 30 minutes. The NEC is half an hour and Euston an hour by train from Rugby.
