Holly Tree Cottage dates back to the 17th century. The period charm of the beams, antique furnishings, paintings, ornaments and fresh flowers combine with the modern comforts to create a feeling of warmth and friendliness. Picturesque gardens, orchard, paddock, pasture and walks, with wildlife and extensive views over open countryside.
The cottage provides double, twin and family accommodation with en suite and private facilities, televisions, radio/alarms, hair dryers, and hospitality trays. Traditional or vegetarian breakfasts are prepared on the Aga cooker. Freshly prepared fruit salad and home-made preserves are a speciality.
Local pubs and nearby restaurants are recommended. Stratford-upon-Avon offers the Theatres and Shakespearean Properties and River Avon. Close by are the historic towns of Warwick, with its magnificent mediaeval castle and the beautiful Cotswold villages and National Trust Properties. The National Exhibition Centre, National Indoor Arena, Symphony Hall and Royal Showground are all approximately ½ hour by car.
