| • | Payment may be made by annual single payment with order, or by quarterly standing order |
| • | We try to ensure that your venue is listed within 24 hours of receipt of payment, thereby allowing you and your customers to immediately benefit from all of the features and categories in the guide. This will help to ensure that potential customers find you quickly and easily. This single payment gives you 12 months worry free advertising without any further costs or charges....no pay-per-click…. no booking fees.... no commissions.

| • | For a limited period, the price of any of the listings paid by standing order will be fixed for at least 2 years, but can be cancelled at any time after 12 months, subject to one quarter’s written notice.

| • | Unless otherwise stated payment for any services provided are payable in advance. |
| Listings |
| • | Listings include a Front Page Advert Feature Listing link for a minimum of 1 week per year
|
| • | 12 month Front Page Advert Feature Listings are available (see above). |
| • | Once the content of a listing has been agreed, it will remain as is for the period of the listing.
During each 12 month listing period you can have 3 free updates to your page. Thereafter we reserve the right to make a nominal charge of £15.00 for each change or alteration we are requested to make. |
