GENERAL INFORMATION
Prices
•	All prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the current rate.
•	Payment may be made by annual single payment with order, or by quarterly standing order
•	We try to ensure that your venue is listed within 24 hours of receipt of payment, thereby allowing you and your customers to immediately benefit from all of the features and categories in the guide. This will help to ensure that potential customers find you quickly and easily. This single payment gives you 12 months worry free advertising without any further costs or charges... no pay-per-click... no booking fees... no commissions.
•	For a limited period, the price of any of the listings paid by standing order will be fixed for at least 2 years, but can be cancelled at any time after 12 months, subject to one quarter’s written notice.
•	Unless otherwise stated payment for any services provided are payable in advance.
Listings
•	Only Gold listings have unlimited access to update text, photographs and hot offers.
•	Gold listings include a Front Page Advert Feature Link for a minimum of 1 week per year
•	Front Page Advert Feature Links are available for quarterly periods (contact us for details).
•	'Special Offers' included on the Display Page may also appear in the front page ‘Hot Offers’ feature.
•	Once the content of a Silver listing has been agreed, it will remain as is for the period of the listing. We will generally make factual changes to listings free of charge but we reserve the right to make a nominal charge of £15.00 for each change or alteration we are requested to make.
eBrochures
•	eBrochures are provided under licence and no transfer of ownership of the ebrochure to the customer is included or implied.
•	The eBrochure licence period expires when the customer's listing expires, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
•	eBrochures are created from pdf files, which are to be provided by the client. It may be possible create an eBrochure from other file formats or directly from an existing website (contact us for more information).
•	We can arrange for pages from existing printed brochures to be digitally scanned into pdf files Video or audio inserts can be included within the eBrochure. Additional pages can be added and amendments or alterations made to ebrochures after publication. The cost of additional work is at current published rates
•	With the occasional unpredictability of internet technology we are unable to guarantee or take responsibility for the function, performance or availability of the eBrochure.
