Restaurants in Baginton

Baginton is a small village on the border with Coventry and very close to Coventry Airport. It is best known for the Midland Air Museum and for the reconstructed Roman fort, 'The Lunt', both of which are worth a visit and are great for kids and adults alike.

Baginton Castle and Fish Ponds are Ancient Scheduled Monuments and can be viewed by arrangement with the local farmer who owns the land. The ruin that can be seen is of a late fourteenth-century house, but it is not well known due to its location in an area of woodland on private land.

The village pub, the Oak, is the site of a very old oak tree which is about 300 - 350 years old and is thought to be one of the oldest trees in Warwickshire.
